All products sold on this website are my handcrafted lampwork beads and jewelry. All beads have been kiln annealed and cleaned of bead release.

Almost every order I receive from this site I view as a custom order and it may take a few extra days to make beads to match your order exactly.

My shopping cart has maximum number of beads that can be ordered in each category. This helps me fight fraud from less than honest buyers and web bots. If you want to purchase more than the cart will allow, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will take your order differently.

Shipping / Return Policy

All shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service in the small flat rate box. Every attempt is made to ship merchandise seen on my website to customers within a reasonable time (not including holidays or weekends) from confirmation of valid payment. This does not include special orders. I guarantee the workmanship of all my products. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact me within 7 days of receiving the merchandise and I will give you instructions on how to return the merchandise. Do not ship the merchandise back to me until you receive instructions. Email me (pat@pjbeads.com) and please include your name, address, order date, order #, email address, telephone number, and the reason you are not satisfied. If a return is due to mishandling the merchandise on the customer's part, other arrangements may be taken.
